EventBrite's system is top-of-the-line software that allows you to manage every aspect of your event ticketing, invitations, follow-up emails and attendee data. It also offers reports and when you do charge, it takes a small percentage or you can ask the system to add the percentage automatically. EventBrite exports CSV files that can be imported into your CRM software. We use SalesForce.com and would be happy to assist you with this process. For free events, we prefer EventBrite because they don't charge anything, where Acteva charges the event organizer $1 per attendee. Acteva also blocks cancelling sign-ups, even when the events are free, so you pay the $1 for an attendee who gives you the courtesy of cancelling.
