3 Ways to Quickly Implement Teleconferences in Your MarketingSometimes the idea of setting up a webinar is a bit complex and daunting, especially for first-timers. Many people have found it easier to get started with teleconferences, because the only technology involved is the phone. If you are fairly close to your audience, you can most likely get them to join you on a phone call, where you can them offer them helpful information.
Here are some ideas you might find valuable : 1) Offer to take in questions via email and then organize your teleconference around the process of answering those questions. You might be aware that recent changes in your industry are causing concerns that you and your team can address. By creating a gathering of interested people on the phone, it becomes an opportunity for dialog and discussion, where the basic questions are answered and new questions can be raised.
2) Select an expert who has something to offer, and let them speak about the issues as your guest. The guest will have insider knowledge that will attract and inform your group, and he or she may also have a group of people who are interested, expanding your audience.
3) Hold a teleconference for your larger group and then offer an opportunity for those who sign up to enjoy smaller, more intimate meetings in a 5:1 or even 1:1 setting. Be sure to keep time limits on these offers - saying something like - "You have until 5 p.m. today to sign up for the One-on-One package, and then it won't be offered anymore." By setting deadlines, you are more likely to get customers to act promptly and make immediate decisions, rather than procrastinating and not acting at all.
The main thing to remember is to never use high-pressure sales tactics - just keep your followers up-to-date and let them know what is going on that can benefit them.
