5 Easy Steps to Setting Up Your First Audio Teleconference or Conference Call1) Set the date and time 2) Choose your audience and topic, create the title of the event 3) Using EventBrite, create the invitation and the confirmation page, which will have the phone number and Guest ID number in it, along with the details of the conference call 4) Send out at least two reminder emails to your list of invitees, and one reminder to your attendee list, via EventBrite 5) Get on the bridge line 15 minutes before the teleconference call starts, open your Console Call console and make sure that you are using auto-refresh, along with all the appropriate settings, including recording your call.
